Experienced in the above positions. Looking to recruit Chef de Parties’ and Sous the standard of food is excellent
with freshly sourced seasonal produce within a strong and stable brigades.
The roles will be working within a strong team and you will be responsible for your own section within the kitchen
and support the Head chef. Successful applicants should have experience at Chef de Partie level in hotels or restaurants
or a strong demi chef experience, an ideal opportunity for aspiring chefs with their career progression in mind.
